Italo Fontana was born in Lucca, in 1965 From an early age he was interested in design and creativity.
Over the years, his creative talent and ideas encapsulated fashion, and precious items. His foray watches was triggered by the short lived experience of his grandfather, Iluo Fontana, who was commissioned by the government in 1942 to design a time piece for pilots of the italian navy. Thus was born in the year 2000 the concept of the U-Boat watch, which Italo Fontana decided to develop, change and perfect to what the brands today.
